Product Description

868 is a fast curing one component Silicone Sealant, acetate curing type, curing under atmospheric moisture to form a high strength rubber sealant.

Instruction of Use

1. Remove rust, oil or any dirt from the operating surface and ensure that it is completely clean and dry;

2. Cut the nozzle to the required size and extrude the sealant smoothly into the joint;

3. If further sealing is required, the operation should be completed within 5 minutes. Wipe off any excess sealant with a dry paper towel.

4. Allow to set completely and then correct with a knife.

Primary Use

1. For sealing the gap between glass and aluminum, non-oiled wood, sealing the joints of aluminum glass window frames, fixing the glass on aluminum window frames, replacing rubber sealing strips.

2. For bonding and sealing of glass, fiberglass, rubber, wood, ceramics, metals, plastics, fibers and other non-greasy substrates.

3. Used for assembling doors and windows;

4. For interior decoration: filling, sealing and jointing.

5. For bonding and sealing of glass, fiberglass, rubber, wood, ceramics, metals, plastics, fibers and other fat-free substrates.

Safety Information 

1. Special care should be taken to maintain a well ventilated environment in the place where the sealant is to be applied.

2. Handling cured silicone rubber does not pose any health hazard.

3. If uncured silicone sealant comes into contact with the eyes, flush thoroughly with water and seek medical attention if irritation persists.

4. Avoid prolonged skin contact with uncured silicone sealant.

5.
